Job description

Are you the one who will turn our customers into Robin ambassadors? Your job is to ensure that customer questions are answered, radars continue to run and also provided with new software.


Responsibilities


  • Expertise in Linux, providing high-level support and troubleshooting;

  • Coordinating system maintenance and complex technical issue resolution;

  • Collaborating closely with DevOps/Development teams for advanced system configurations and troubleshooting;

  • Managing software and hardware upgrades for Linux/Ubuntu systems;

  • Mentoring junior staff and knowledge sharing within the administrative domain.

Job requirements

  • At least 3(+) years of advanced experience in Linux distributions (We use Ubuntu);

  • Strong understanding of VPN’s and networking in general;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Comfortable with at least one scripting language/framework;

  • Demonstrated affinity for working with physical hardware systems, particularly HPE;

  • In-depth knowledge of hardware configuration and maintenance;

  • Clear emphasis on local infrastructure management, with minimal engagement in cloud-based environments;

  • Fluent English communication skills;

  • Proactive, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

Additionally, depending on the role and its responsibilities we may request a certificate of conduct (VOG) before or during the employment period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
