Job description

You are the go-to person to prepare the demos, bring the equipment where it’s needed and do the occasional demo. You also take care of our fleet maintenance and in time train the customers to use the system successfully.


You’ll be part of the Technical Sales Team, which consists of 2 Technical Sales Engineers. You’ll report to the Head of Technical Sales who is there to support and guide you. Sounds good? Already itching to apply? Wonderful! But slow down a sec, there's a little more.


Responsibilities


  • Supporting Sales by answering Technical questions;

  • Efficient and effective planning of demo’s in close cooperation with the sales team;

  • Make sure the equipment is being maintained and delivered where it’s needed;

  • Support during customer visits and other sales and marketing events;

  • The administration, and especially the necessary reporting, related to the demos;

  • Contact with clients, you will represent Robin Radar Systems to your best ability.

Job requirements

  • We expect you to have a technical education at HBO level in electrical or mechanical engineering;

  • You speak English fluently. Dutch is a plus;

  • You like being on the road and are a practical and hands-on person;

  • You can work independently without supervision, and you show initiative in everything you do;

  • You have great communication skills. This position requires technical skills combined with an ability to think from a sales and marketing perspective;

  • Irregular working hours, loves to be on the road;

  • A driving license (B) is a must. A trailer license (BE) will earn you personal praise and glory and can also be obtained during the job;

  • You live in The Netherlands within commuting distance to The Hague.


Additionally, depending on the role and its responsibilities we may request a certificate of conduct (VOG) before or during the employment period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
