Talent Coordinator

Job description
At Robin Radar, we’re not just detecting drones and flocks of birds – we’re also detecting and growing amazing talent. We’re building a workplace where people grow, thrive, and love what they do. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to help us bring out the best in our Robins. This isn’t your average HR or recruitment role – it’s a dynamic, cross-functional position that sits right in the middle of people, process, and purpose. If you love keeping things moving, are obsessed with development, and can’t resist a good dashboard or project plan – we’ve got your seat ready.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes magician keeping our people projects on track, our internal comms on point, and our talent development efforts flying high:
Coordinate and support the full range of people & talent projects, including:
Robin Minds Academy: help design internal learning sessions that stick.
Performance reviews & growth check-ins: make it smooth and meaningful.
Employer branding: support creative initiatives that show the world how awesome it is to work here.
Training programs: from workshops to onboarding to leadership development – make it happen.
Reporting: keep tabs on all things people – from hiring KPIs to learning impact – and turn them into insights.
Be our internal communications hero: draft updates, post shoutouts, craft people-focused newsletters, and keep our Robins connected and in-the-know.
Partner closely with our Recruiters and HR team to align projects, improve workflows, and support the full talent journey.
Help embed our EVP in everything we do, from hiring to exit.
Use tools like HiBob, Recruitee, and Officevibe to streamline processes and keep us organized.
Be AI savvy, make our team work smarter than ever and spot ways to improve how we develop, engage, and retain our people – and help bring those ideas to life.
Be our own data-geek, know our KPI’s, automate our dashboards and help us draw conclusions based on it.
Job requirements
3+ years in a HR/Recruitment related coordination, project role – preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills – timelines, checklists, and clear comms are your jam.
A passion for people development – you genuinely care about helping others grow.
Comfortable with tools and data – you can make sense of metrics and spot trends.
A confident communicator (in English) with a sharp eye for tone and clarity.
A self-starter mindset – proactive, hands-on, and always looking for ways to improve.
Nice to haves
Experience with internal communications or employer branding.
Familiarity with HR/recruitment systems like HiBob, Recruitee, Officevibe.
A knack for event or training coordination, or a background in learning & development.
