Job description
Drive the flow of production at Robin—ensuring the right materials, at the right time, for seamless operations!
The Supply Chain Coordinator at Robin ensures a seamless flow of materials by translating operational demand into material demand and managing stock levels. They work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production to prevent overstock, ensure timely replenishment, and maintain production efficiency. By overseeing manufacturing orders and aligning with Engineering on product data, they help optimize supply chain operations and resolve any administrative discrepancies. This role reports to the Head of Production & Planning
Responsibilities
Convert operational demand into material demand through manufacturing orders.
Review, analyze, and manage product data to drive purchase replenishment.
Oversee manufacturing orders for sub- and final assemblies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Procurement to secure timely availability of parts.
Monitor and control production pickings to support a smooth workflow.
Align with Engineering to maintain accurate Bills of Materials and ensure production continuity.
Analyze assembly timelines, consumption patterns, and operational stock levels to optimize efficiency.
Job requirements
Education: BSc/HBO degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in planning within a technology production environment and in data analysis for planning.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical mindset to resolve problems and optimize processes.
Systematic and organized approach to workload management.
Proficiency in ERP software and Excel, with a methodical working style.
Understanding of operational chains and stakeholder management.
Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and backgrounds.
A team player who can also work independently.
Language: Fluent in English.
