Process Improvement Specialist

As a Process Improvement Specialist at Robin Radar, you analyse data and take a hands-on approach to improvement projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed and on board. With skills like process mapping, lean methodology, data analysis, you create practical and efficient solutions to some of our most challenging problems within the Operations realm. With a positive and proactive approach you will be  a driving force on every improvement project you undertake.

Responsibilities

• You will initiate and manage cross-departmental improvement projects, streamlining workflows, and increasing the efficiency of our operations. 

• You will dive into data and design, develop, and refine intuitive performance dashboards and data reports, empowering teams with actionable insights.

• You will apply structured methodologies to dissect complex problems and engineer optimal process solutions.

• You will lead the successful implementation and documentation of new, improved ways of working across the organization.

• You will continuously monitor improvements to prevent relapse and ensure lasting positive impact.

• You will engage actively with stakeholders, building strong alignment and support for all improvement initiatives.

• Completed a BSc/HBO Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Engineering or another relevant field.

• 3-6 years of experience in process improvement roles with expertise in lean methodology, data analysis, and project management, ideally within the Tech Industry.

• Proficient knowledge an experience with Excel.

• Strong communicator; fluent in English.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business and operational challenges.

• A hands-on approach to executing improvement projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and engagement throughout.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.

• An analytical mind to dive into data to resolve problems and improve processes.
