As a Process Improvement Coordinator at Robin Radar, you will lead our hands-on approach to improvement projects, ensuring stakeholders are actionable and on board. With skills like process mapping, lean methodology, and data analysis, you ensure the implementation of practical and efficient solutions to some of our most challenging problems within the Operations realm. With a positive and proactive approach, you will be a driving force on every improvement project you undertake.
Responsibilities
You will execute and manage cross-departmental improvement projects, streamlining workflows, and increasing the efficiency of our operations.
You will refine intuitive performance dashboards and data reports, providing and engaging teams with actionable insights.
You will apply structured methodologies to dissect complex problems and engineer optimal process solutions.
You will continuously monitor implemented improvements to prevent relapse and ensure lasting positive impact.
Job requirements
Completed a BSc/HBO Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Engineering or another relevant field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in process improvement roles with expertise in lean methodology, data analysis, and project management, ideally within the Tech Industry.
Proficient Excel skills
Fluency in English.
Strong process thinker with an aptitude to bridge the gap between physical process and digital administrationERP.
A hands-on approach to executing improvement projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and engagement throughout.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business and operational challenges.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical information and influence cross-functional stakeholders across different cultures and backgrounds.
