Job description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Robin, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we maintain our highest standards of operational excellence. By being part of the Procurement team, you will stay in touch with our suppliers and help them meet our standards which will support the development and building of our Radars. Responsibilities


  • Analyze QA data related to operations using Pareto analysis to identify top priorities and ensure timely resolution.
  • Take ownership of the "Quarantine" process, managing and resolving quarantined items efficiently.
  • Participate in quality meetings with suppliers to drive resolutions and continuous improvements.
  • Conduct incoming quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Define and request necessary quality test reports from suppliers to support quality assurance efforts.
  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to improve overall quality assurance processes and practices within the organization.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role

  • Proven experience in analyzing QA data and driving resolutions

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with both suppliers and internal teams

  • Fluent in English
