At Robin Radar, we’re on a mission to make the invisible visible. As a Service Operations Specialist (SOS), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our cutting-edge radar systems are maintained and serviced effectively around the globe. Sitting within our dynamic Service and Support - Operations Team, you’ll coordinate maintenance and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) activities while acting as the crucial link between our internal teams and external stakeholders.

If you're a natural coordinator with technical know-how, an eye for detail, and a passion for logistics and operations, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in coordinating the RMA process, ensuring all elements—planning, logistics, documentation, and spare parts—are in place for smooth execution.

  • Interface with the Hardware and Systems teams to prepare a repair plan detailing the scope of work, required parts, and timelines.

  • Order and track the delivery of required parts and materials through the warehouse, procurement team, or external suppliers.

  • Ensure smooth logistical execution of shipments, in collaboration with our logistics specialist, for both incoming and outgoing parts.

  • Maintain and update service documentation and ensure proper configuration management in the asset management system.

  • Support the procurement of tools and components via our ERP system in partnership with the procurement department.

  • Manage spare parts inventory within the service workshop and at client locations to maintain operational readiness.

Job requirements

  • Technically oriented, with general knowledge of mechanical and/or electronic components—radar tech fascinates you!

  • Detail-driven and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities while keeping track of critical logistics and documentation.

  • ERP-savvy, with experience using ERP and asset management systems, and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.

  • Comfortable navigating international logistics—you understand shipping processes, regulations, and timelines.

  • A natural communicator and collaborator, skilled at working across departments and managing supplier relationships.

  • Able to take ownership and work independently while thriving in a team-oriented, scale-up environment.

  • Enthusiastic, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay cool under pressure.

What You Bring

  • An associate or bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience—this might be your second or third professional step.

  • Direct experience with RMA processes and spare parts management is essential.

  • Interest or experience in procurement and inventory control.

Additionally, depending on the role and its responsibilities we may request a certificate of conduct (VOG) before or during the employment period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
