Senior C++ Systems Engineer

As a C++ Systems Engineer on our Innovation Team, you’ll be responsible not only for implementing cutting-edge real-time algorithms but also for architecting scalable, maintainable software systems that push the boundaries of performance and reliability. You’ll work at the intersection of embedded systems, mathematical computing, and modern C++, taking ownership of core components and guiding them from concept to deployment. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, developing cutting-edge electronic systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize C++ real-time algorithms.

• Design high-performance, memory-efficient systems, optimized for execution on both embedded and GPU platforms.

• Lead technical design discussions, define software architecture, and ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, and signal processing experts to integrate software deeply into our radar platforms.

• Document algorithms, design decisions, and architecture for clarity and maintainability.

• Drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle — from build systems to deployment tooling.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to continuously enhance our systems.

• A background (M.Sc.) in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.

• Deep proficiency in modern C++ (C++14/17/20)

• Strong knowledge of low-level system performance, profiling, and hardware-aware optimization.

• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments, including tooling, scripting, and debugging.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.

• A collaborative attitude with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.

• A mindset rooted in ownership, transparency, and collaboration.
