You will be the driving force that unites cutting-edge radar solutions with Civil Aviation requirements. Ready to spearhead global sales, impress clients, and contribute to shaping the technology of tomorrow?
As you navigate your daily responsibilities, you'll be at the forefront of global civil aviation sales, focusing on bird detection radar solutions that contribute to environmental conservation and the protection of avian species. You'll also develop and execute plans to engage current clients and attract new prospects. Reporting to the VP Wind & Environmental, you’ll receive guidance and support in highlighting the role our solutions play in addressing bird-aircraft collisions and preserving ecological balance.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in global sales in civil aviation segment with a strong emphasis on promoting bird detection radar solutions that contribute to environmental conservation and bird protection;
Utilize your strategic prowess to develop and execute plans that not only captivate existing customers but also attract new prospects, highlighting our solutions in mitigating bird-aircraft collisions and preserving ecological balance;
Support pipeline growth and identify opportunities by engaging in in-person and virtual meetings with Airside Safety and Security managers, educating them about the importance of bird detection radar systems for safeguarding avian species and minimizing environmental impact;
Ignite your creativity to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas that elevate sales performance, pushing boundaries and setting news industry benchmarks while prioritizing sustainable practices;
Serve as a dedicated brand ambassador for Robin Radar, playing a pivotal role in expanding its influence among potential technology, partners and distribution channels that share a strong commitment to environmental sustainability within the civil aviation segment.
Job requirements
You possess 1-7 years of experience as an international Sales or Account Manager, ideally in an aviation environment, and demonstrate a strong passion for incorporating environmental values into our business practices;
Your experience includes managing tenders, solution sales, and pipeline management in CRM systems, showcasing your ability to promote sustainable solutions within your sales approach;
As a trailblazer, you thrive in independently developing untapped markets, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to champion bird conservation and ecological sustainability;
You have a genuine passion for technology. While you may not be an engineer, you have the ability to understand and effectively communicate the technological aspects of our bird detection radar solutions, emphasizing their environmental benefits;
Excellent communication skills in English written, verbal and presentation.
