You will be the one who bridges cutting-edge radar solutions with Counter Drone requirements in Defence & Security markets. Ready to develop and lead regional sales, amaze clients, and help shape the future of technology?


As Regional Account Manager, you will drive B2B sales as the first locally based representative in the Asia Pacific region. Your specific focus is on the Defence & Security segment, where you excel in selling innovative solutions to clients. You'll be part of our Sales & Marketing team, collaborating with our central technical sales, bid management and marketing teams , and guided by our head of Defence & Security sales.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts in key APAC countries, with drone detection radar solutions for Defence & Security customers and partners;

  • Develop and execute compelling market plans that captivate existing customers and entice new prospects;

  • Support pipeline growth and drive opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings with Defence & Security partners and customers;

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations during conferences, exhibitions and product demonstrations;

  • Gather market/business intelligence on changes in the C-UAS industry, from customer accounts, exhibitions, conferences etc;

  • Be a brand ambassador for Robin Radar, playing a pivotal role in spreading its influence among potential technology partners and distribution channels.

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an international Sales or Account Manager in a Defence & Security environment. Having a Military or Public Safety background is an advantage;

  • Experience with tenders, solution sales and pipeline management in CRM;

  • Operate independently, with a “getting things done” character;

  • Passion for (radar) technology. Although you may not be an engineer, you are able to understand and communicate technology;

  • Communication skills in English: written, verbal and presentation; other languages are a plus;

  • Currently based in Singapore, no relocations.
