You’ll be working closely with Bruna – a travel-loving enthusiast from Brazil who brings sunshine into every meeting – and Anika – our Indonesian foodie who knows the best lunch spots in town. Together, they form a dynamic duo of smart, supportive, and seriously fun colleagues who can’t wait to welcome you aboard.

Responsibilities


You’ll be part of a people-first HR team, helping us recruit top talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish – with a modern, automated, and brand-forward twist:

  • Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle: from intake to offer, across a range of roles

  • Use recruitment data to drive smarter, faster, and better decisions – from sourcing strategies to hiring KPIs and funnel analysis.

  • Level up our employer brand through creative campaigns, social content, and talent community initiatives – in close collaboration with our Marketing team.

  • Optimizing our recruitment processes through smart automation, tooling, and continuous improvement.

  • Be the go-to expert on the talent market, providing insights to hiring managers and advising on search strategy, salary benchmarks, and trends.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top candidates, nurturing passive talent and delivering an exceptional experience for every applicant.

  • Support the wider People & Culture team in projects that enhance how we attract, engage, and retain our people.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and/or international tech environment.

  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tooling.

  • A data-driven mindset: you love dashboards, recruitment metrics, and making decisions backed by evidence.

  • A creative eye for employer branding and candidate experience – and the energy to turn ideas into action.

  • Familiarity with recruitment automation and process optimization.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Dutch is a pre.

  • A self-starter mentality: proactive, flexible, and eager to learn and grow with us.

  • Team spirit and a sense of humor – we’re building something great together.
