Job description

Are you the one who will turn our customers into Robin ambassadors? Your job is to ensure that customer questions are answered, radars continue to run and also provided with new software.


As a Radar Engineer/Technician, you'll excel in providing technical analyses and solutions in Ukrainian and English for customer queries about our radar technology. Your role involves proactive problem-solving, data analysis to enhance product lines, and ensuring clients receive tailored support. You'll remotely update software and occasionally visit clients, enhancing their experience. Reporting to the Head of Service & Support, you'll be part of a dynamic team, benefiting from strong leadership and opportunities for professional growth.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of radar systems;

  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal radar system performance;

  • Identify and diagnose malfunctions or technical issues in radar equipment and develop appropriate solutions;

  • Calibrate and align radar systems to ensure accurate readings and reliable operation;

  • Assist in the design and implementation of radar systems, including equipment selection and installation;

  • Collaborate with other team members to provide technical support and training to end-users;

  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance;

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and industry standards in radar technology.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, OR related field or proven experience as a Radar Technician or similar role;

  • Knowledge and experience working with Linux and SQL Server;

  • Strong knowledge of radar systems and their components;

  • Ability to work under a service department's pressure;

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment for radar system maintenance;

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues;

  • Familiarity with database management and data analysis;

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision;

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills;

  • Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
