Job description

As a key member of the operations team, you're the backbone of Robin Radar's quality. You'll take ownership of quality control, actively monitoring processes and spearheading initiatives to ensure our high standards are maintained. Your work will directly impact our products through incoming goods inspections, root cause analysis, supplier audits, and supplier quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support all progress and processes of the Quality Management System

  • Responsible for reporting on insights and trends from the Quality Management System

  • Ensure proper documentation of (improved) processes and work instructions

  • Oversee and support the quality of procured products through incoming goods inspection and supplier quality improvement projects

  • Support supplier audits and the selection and qualification of suppliers

  • Review technical product documentation to ensure the Critical To Quality information is included

Job requirements

  • BA or MSc/MBA in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or relevant field. 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, auditing, or quality control in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 

  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

  • Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. 

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across diverse cultures and backgrounds.

  • A team player who can also work collaboratively with both suppliers and internal teams.
