Job description

Do you enjoy being on the production floor? Helping facilitate efficient and continuous operations between the production and warehouse?

As a Warehouse Operator you will ensure all necessary tools, materials, parts, are readily available and accessible for the production team. You will also assist with necessary packaging, work space safety, through ensuring that our space is clean and well organized. This is crucial as our production team functions better because of your work!

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible of packing products after quality testing, ensuring they are well protected, labelled, and ready for the next step.

  • You will check the picking lists, ensuring all the necessary materials, parts, and products are readily available for the team.

  • You will maintain continuous supply of consumables to both the work stations and storage to avoid and decrease downtime.

  • You will ensure that we maximize our workspace by guaranteeing it remains clean and organized.

  • You will safeguard the production area through the maintenance of safety and quality standards.

  • You will operate necessary equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move necessary goods.

  • You will support the warehouse team with order picking, packing of goods, and ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Job requirements

  • Intermediate Vocational Degree/Certificate in relevant field is required

  • Over 2 years of experience in similar roles within a production and manufacturing environment.

  • Fluency in English, and Dutch is a plus.

  • Forklift license and VCA is a plus or willingness to undergo forklift training if necessary

  • Accurate and quality-focused work style, strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety.

  • Proactive attitude, a team player with the ability to work independently

  • Proactive and able to drive improvements.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate well across cultures and backgrounds.
