Job description

Ready to play a key role in our Supply Chain process? As a Logistics Support at Robin, you will have direct impact on our success . You will ensure that everything is delivered on time, that we continue to comply to necessary requirements, and ultimately that our clients are happy! Are you ready to join our dynamic team? 




Responsibilities



  • You coordinate the shipment and delivery of goods from suppliers to Robin and from inventory to clients;
  • You organize shipments with transport companies; monitor all transports to ensure timely pick-up and delivery;
  • You resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transport;
  • You collaborate with Finance and the Quality department, maintain accurate records and look for optimization opportunities;
  • You provide support during tenders and contract negotiations.



Job requirements

  • You have an intermediate vocational degree in logistics, supply chain management or a relevant field;
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or similar roles;
  • Affinity with a production environment;
  • You have a self-starter mentality that takes control in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong communicator; fluent in English – Dutch considered a plus;
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems
  • Knowledge of custom clearance processes;
  • You live in The Netherlands, within commuting distance from The Hague.


Additionally, depending on the role and its responsibilities we may request a certificate of conduct (VOG) before or during the employment period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
