As an Electronics Engineer, you will be part of the Innovation team specializing in designing, optimizing, prototyping, and troubleshooting the core electronics of our radar systems. We seek talent with knowledge of circuit design, board layout, debugging, and leadership initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, developing high-end electronic systems and collaborating with truly multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, test, and optimize electronic circuits.

  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs with mechanical, software, and overall system design — social impedance matching.

  • Utilize PCB design tools, simulation software, and lab equipment to ensure robust and high-performance designs.

  • Lead technical designs, manage resources, and mentor junior engineers. 

  • Establish structured procedures, best practices, and documentation to help the team work more efficiently while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

  • Ensure all designs meet industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve designs and optimize performance.

Job requirements

  • You have a background (MSc.) in Electronics Engineering 

  • You have a thorough knowledge of circuit design, ranging from DC to tenths of GHz.

  • You have knowledge of RF design and measurement techniques

  • You have experience with Altium Designer and simulation tools

  • You have strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of reviews and procedures.

  • You have leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.

  • You are eager to learn and adapt to a dynamic team environment.
