In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for a specific IT domain, ensuring end users' needs are met, resolving incidents, and providing technical support. You'll coordinate system maintenance and collaborate with IT teams to address complex technical issues, all while deploying equipment and maintaining our knowledge base. Responsibilities


  • Provide support, and fix problems to meet end user ‘s needs;

  • Become an expert for a certain product and area of IT, such as: cloud products, servers, business systems, or infrastructure;

  • Coordinate system maintenance, changes and IT requirements with the business side;

  • Ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved against to keep our people going;

  • Provide technical support to global users;

  • Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components for end-users;

  • Maintain knowledge base articles;

  • Work with the IT teams to resolve complex technical issues;

  • Equipment deployment and software installation.

Job requirements

  • You’ve got 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;

  • You have knowledge of Linux and/or windows support;

  • You are independent and a good communicator, as you will be working closely with other teams;

  • Proactive attitude, able to accept the mission and execute it independently, strong sense of ownership;

  • You speak fluent English;

  • You live in the Netherlands within traveling distance to The Hague.
