As our new HR Officer, you'll be right in the heart of it all, making sure our Robins are happy, supported, and ready to rock. Responsibilities

  • You will be bridging our ambitious business goals with a fantastic employee experience.

  • Be the central point of contact for Robins' day-to-day HR queries, providing timely and helpful support on a wide range of topics including:

    • Sick leave and other requests and administration;

    • Payroll: monthly payroll, inquiries and clarifications;

    • Benefits questions and enrollment processes;

    • HRIS systems support (HiBob, Officevibe) and reporting.

  • Join in on many people related projects that we are initiating with the team.

  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes across the organization, guiding employees and managers in understanding with a smile.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle administration, taking ownership of the on and off-boarding process, including:

    • Preparing contracts and relevant documentation for new hires;

    • Coordinating and delivering engaging onboarding day experiences for new Robins;

    • Managing exit processes for leaving employees.

  • Be a point of contact for our external Payroll, Pension, Occupational Health partners as well as government authorities.

  • Proactively monitor changes in Dutch labor law, legislation, and personnel regulations, ensuring Robin Radar's personnel policies and processes are updated and compliant. 

  • Support various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys, compensation and benefits, performance, and HR system improvements.

  • Collaborate with the wider Robin team to support a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and international environment. Experience in a tech/scale-up environment is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of core HR processes and best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and payroll process

  • Must have a proactive and hands-on mentality, with the ability to “get things done” and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership and showing initiative.

  • High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential employee information.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, both written and verbal.
