HR Business Partner
- Den Haag, Netherlands

Job description
At Robin Radar, we’re not just detecting drones and flocks of birds – we’re detecting and growing amazing talent. We’re building a workplace where people grow, thrive, and love what they do. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who’s ready to make real impact. Someone who’s curious, pragmatic, and not afraid to challenge the status quo. If you love connecting strategy with people, helping managers and teams grow, and making organizations work (smarter), your seat is ready.
This isn’t your average HR role. It’s dynamic, business-focused, and full of opportunities to shape how our teams perform and develop. You’ll work closely with leaders across Robin to build strong, future-ready teams and ensure our people practices truly support our mission.
What you’ll do
You’ll be the trusted partner that helps leaders bring out the best in their teams:
Partner & Advise
Coach and challenge leaders to make confident people decisions and handle complex situations with care.
Guide teams through performance, development, and organizational change.
Partner with leadership to identify and prepare future talent and succession needs.
Help managers recognize and nurture high-performing Robins and address performance gaps early.
Build & Improve
Contribute to organizational design and help teams scale effectively as we grow.
Spot patterns and trends across teams — from engagement data to turnover — and turn insights into action.
Support change initiatives and foster an open, feedback-driven culture.
Act as the link between your business area and HR centers of expertise (People Experience and Talent Acquisition).
Translate business needs into concrete HR initiatives across performance, rewards, and talent development, and advise the People Experience team.
Support the rollout and adoption of HR projects with training, guidance, and monitoring.
Job requirements
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong understanding of Dutch labor law
Fluent in Dutch and English
Proven experience coaching managers and navigating complex people topics with empathy and confidence.
A track record in professionalizing HR practices and leading or supporting change initiatives.
A sharp analytical eye — you use data to guide your decisions and influence stakeholders.
A proactive, hands-on approach: you don’t just advise, you make things happen.
Nice to have
Experience in scaling organizations or building teams during growth phases
Familiarity with modern HR tech tools (HiBob, Officevibe, Recruitee).
Experience with works council processes.
Interest in leadership development, engagement, and culture-building.
What’s in it for you
A role where you can truly shape how people and performance come together.
A front-row seat in one of Europe’s most exciting radar tech scale-ups.
A Great Place to Work® certified company with over 30 nationalities, Friday drinks, and plenty of room for new ideas.
Benefits like: competitive salary, 25 vacation days, pension scheme, collective health insurance, a yearly profit-sharing bonus, and learning opportunities to grow your career.
