Facility Coordinator

    • Den Haag, Netherlands
  • Facilities

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Facility Coordinator who will ensure the smooth operation of our daily facility processes. You will work closely with the Front Office Supervisor and the  Head of Facility. You will contribute to further professionalization and growth of Robin Radar’s facilities. A varied role with a high level of personal responsibility.

Next year, Robin Radar Systems will be relocating to a new office. During this transition, you will ensure the continuity of day-to-day operations at our current facility, so that our regular work remains unaffected. Additionally, this move will involve a variety of interesting and diverse projects and you will play a key role in assisting with these initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of facility-related matters. You are the primary point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, and external service providers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily facility operations, such as cleaning, security, fire safety, etc.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for both internal stakeholders (colleagues and reception) and external parties (suppliers and contractors), making sure all facilities function as they should – or even better.

  • Managing small to medium-sized projects, such as workspace adjustments, (internal) relocations, and the implementation of new systems.

  • Contributing to the professionalization of the facility organization.

  • Examples of projects you might handle include: renovation or modification of workspaces, internal office moves, cleaning challenges, access control systems, and security-related matters.

  • Close cooperation with the Front Office Supervisor and assisting with internal/external company events.

Job requirements

  • Facility Management or Hotel Management Bachelor (HBO).

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar coordinating role.

  • Available for a maximum of one year contract as it is a project based role due to the relocation of our HQ.

  • Practical mindset, hands-on mentality, and strong organizational skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Skilled in planning and organizing.

  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented / hospitality-driven attitude.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Even if you don't meet every single requirement – if you're excited about the role, we want to hear from you. At Robin Radar, we believe skills can be learned, but the right attitude is everything.

What's in it for you

  • A seat at the table in shaping the future of recruitment at one of Europe’s most exciting radar scale-ups.

  • Working for a Great Place to Work® certified company with a vibrant and inclusive culture.

  • A team that believes in fun, results, and real impact – plus Friday drinks and lots of social events.

  • Benefits like: Competitive salary, 25 vacation days, pension scheme, collective health insurance, and a yearly profit-sharing bonus.
