Do you like seeing your work come to fruition? Is planning and coordinating something that you enjoy? As an Events Planner at Robin Radar, you will be involved in the events planning from beginning to end, showcasing Robin Radar’s products to important people in our network.


This role will be part of the marketing team, working closely with our Marketing Projects & Events Manager. You will be involved from the initial planning and logistics of the events, right up to the in-person handling and managing on-site.

With up to 30 events a year across the globe, the candidate will experience a dynamic set of tasks and connect with many different stakeholders. Additionally, during the off-peak season of events, they will have the chance of working and supporting the marketing team with related projects as needed.



Responsibilities


  • You will execute comprehensive plans for various events (both national and international), encompassing logistics, financial transactions, on-site management, and post-event cleanup.

  • You will communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including program directors, staff, venues, vendors, and attendees, to ensure seamless execution of the event.

  • You will attend events as Robin representative informing visitors about the radars.

  • You will handle promotional material, from ordering to delivery, and support the creation and planning of event-specific merchandise.

  • You will organize essential event equipment, ensuring timely procurement, receipt, and setup.

  • You will collaborate with the Marketing Projects and Events Manager in ideating and conceptualizing events.

  • Lastly, when you are not planning events, you will support the Marketing team with projects related to your role, including branding and the creation of (online) marketing materials.

Job requirements

  • You have a background in Marketing, Events Planning, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.

  • You preferably have 2-3 years of comparable work experience.

  • You are organized, hands-on, with a high attention to details and you don’t mind getting your hands dirty.

  • You are comfortable with connecting with different stakeholders from different backgrounds and with different requirements.

  • You are flexible and willing to travel for events when needed (both inside and outside of the EU).

  • You want to learn quickly in a fast-growing and changing company like Robin.
