Employer Branding Intern

    • Den Haag, Netherlands
  • HR

Job description

We’re looking for an Employer Branding Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us enhance Robin’s employer brand through our social media channels. You’ll be the person capturing the fun, the people, the random moments, and the behind-the-scenes vibes of life at Robin. Your days will involve brainstorming content ideas, filming and editing short videos, jumping on trends, and helping plan and organize what goes live on our channels. If you love turning everyday moments into content opportunities, this is your place.

You will work closely with Yoana, our Talent Acquisition Specialist who owns our employer branding initiatives. She’s passionate about AI and, fun fact, used to be a singer when she was a kid. You will officially report to Bruna, our Talent Acquisition Manager, who loves traveling and plays zombie video games in her spare time. You will also collaborate with Ana, our Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on tech recruitment, who is a Marvel geek and keeps the team updated on the latest superhero news. Together, you will turn ongoing projects, celebrations, events, and spontaneous moments into content that shows our authentic company culture.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, is comfortable approaching colleagues, and naturally spots opportunities to showcase our employer brand in the best way possible. Solid editing skills in apps like CapCut and Canva are more than enough—what matters is creativity, proactivity, and enthusiasm for social media and branding. This internship gives you hands-on experience in content creation and building an employer brand  as well as the chance to create real content that will be shared on our external platforms.
