As an Embedded/C++ Engineer on our Innovation team, you will design, program, and optimize core algorithms for our radar systems. You’ll tackle the complex tasks of finding, tracking, and classifying targets under the most demanding conditions. We're seeking a programming expert with a strong background in low-level optimization, parallel GPU computing, and the implementation of mathematical algorithms. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, developing cutting-edge electronic systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize C++ real-time algorithms.

  • Focus on system performance, ensuring efficiency in both speed and memory usage.

  • Collaborate with highly talented individuals, bringing their big-picture ideas into practical, effective implementations.

  • Document algorithms, design decisions, and code architecture for clarity and maintainability.

  • Write unit tests to ensure robustness (yes, we know).

  • Review code, mentor junior developers, and guide discussions on best practices, procedures, and continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to continuously enhance our systems.

Job requirements

  • A background (M.Sc.) in Software Engineering or similar.

  • Strong experience with C++ programming.

  • Proficiency in Linux 

  • Proficiency in cross-compiling and ARM development for embedded systems.

  • Experience with Qt is a nice bonus

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.

  • A collaborative attitude with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.
