Job requirements

Day-to-day, here's what you'll really do: 

  • Translate customer wishes into realistic and appealing solutions, negotiate and advise
  • Support pipeline growth and drive opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings mainly with Environmental or Project managers all around the world
  • Develop the current strategic accounts
  • Follow up on enquiries for existing customers and future clients with the help of the tender and technical sales team, and radar specialists
  • Help to promote the Robin Radar brand amongst the Wind and Environmental segment
  • Meet and exceed annual targets 

As Business Development manager, you’ll be part of the Sales & Marketing team. You’ll work alongside colleagues running Vertical segments. You’ll report to the VP Wind & Environmental, who is there to lead, support and guide you.

What we're after: 

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in Account or Business Development Management in the Wind and/or Environmental sector
  • You’re experienced in long sales cycles, tenders, solutions sales and pipeline management in CRM
  • You are a good listener and can translate the customer needs in an advice
  • Experience in Offshore/Energy segment and understanding of EIA processes is preferred
  • You have a passion for technology. Although you may not be an engineer, you are able to understand and communicate technology
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation in English. Dutch/other languages would be an asset
