Job description

The role, reporting to the VP of Wind, Civil Aviation, and Environmental Practice, is all about building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients, making sure they feel supported and valued. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions that ensure projects run smoothly. Along the way, you'll help grow the business by expanding existing accounts, securing new contracts, and hitting sales targets. Regular communication with key stakeholders will be a key part of your day-to-day. You'll also have the chance to promote the Robin Radar brand at industry events, helping to raise visibility in key sectors.
Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management and Ambassadorship
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, ensuring they become and remain Robin ambassadors.
Listen to client needs, anticipate actions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and project execution.
Regularly check and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly.
2. Sales and Account Growth
Generate sales by expanding current business, negotiating and closing new and renewal contracts.
Reach or exceed targets through proactive account management and support pipeline growth.
Establish and execute account plans to drive results, both in-person and virtually with key stakeholders like Environmental and Project managers worldwide.
3. Solutions, Negotiation, and Advisory
Translate customer needs into realistic, appealing solutions, providing negotiation and advisory services to meet expectations.
Follow up on client inquiries, supporting both existing and prospective clients, in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., tender, technical sales, radar specialists).
4. Support to Leadership and Promotion
Assist direct supervisors with new leads, tender processes, and business development opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions and conferences to promote the Robin Radar brand, particularly within the Wind and Environmental sectors.
Job requirements
Educational Background: University degree (BA or MSc/MBA) is required.
Customer Management Experience: Proven experience in customer relationship management is essential.
Experience in long sales cycle and high valuer products is a must.
International Exposure: 8+ years of experience, ideally in an international or multi-cultural environment.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
Offshore Experience: Experience in offshore industries is an advantage.
Work Availability: Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are key.
Collaborative and Independent: A team player who can also thrive when working independently.
Hands-on and Assertive: Confident, proactive, and willing to get involved at all levels.
Driven to Improve: Proactive in driving continuous improvements and solutions.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Excellent communication skills, especially in working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
